I love listening to podcasts on my way to and from work. Last week as I was listening I came across one that I had a hard time digesting all the information in at once and will be listening to it at least one or two more times.
As I dive in deeper I would like to share some of the things I have learned. I am, personally, a big believer in Jesus Christ as my Savior. I believe, God has provided all the food and medicine we need for our bodies.
One of the ideas of this podcast is, we can listen to our bodies for hints on foods and treatments we need instead of going straight to the doctor, looking for problems in our bodies.
My eating habits are changing a little at a time so here are a few things I have switched.
Switching to gluten free on most things (pasta, bread, crackers)
Infusing water with blackberries and mint
Eating more at Breakfast
